These Terms and Conditions apply on StarVie Australia website (www.starvieaustralia.com) and on any order placed by the customer on our website. UI Sports as the owner of this website reserves the right to frequently update these Terms and Conditions in order to improve our services. Therefore, it is customer responsibility to check them out before placing any order. By using StarVie Australia website, the customer agrees in these Terms and Conditions. If the customer disagrees partially or totally in these Terms and Conditions, it is important not to use StarVie Australia website.
From this point forward UI Sports will refer to UI Sports as a “UI Sports”, “us” or “our”. On the other hand UI Sports will refer to the customer as “the customer”, “customer” or “your”.
UI Sports reserves the right to cancel an order without giving further details. The customer will receive an order confirmation via email however this order confirmation does not apply any acceptance until UI Sports receive costumer’s payment.
Products’ stock frequently changes and these are not reserved until the payment is completed. Therefore it might occur that an item can run out of stock by the time the customer is completing its order. Only when the placing order is completed UI Sports will be able to reserve items in the cart.
Once the payment is done, UI Sports will deliver products listed in the order confirmation to the customer.
Any customer under 18 years old can place an order on UI Sports website. If you are under 18 years old, please ask to your parents or legal representatives to place an order on your behalf.
TAX AND PRICES
Prices may change often in our website due to exchange currency issues, sales campaigns or different discounts UI Sports may apply. Therefore the valid price will be the one was shown when the order was placed.
Taxes are not included in the prices. UI Sports ships its products from Tokyo (Japan) therefore no GST, no custom clearance fees and no import duties will be charge in UI Sports prices. However these may apply when the courier delivers the package to the customer. Please, for further details, we recommend to request information to your local custom clearance office.
UI Sports main payment methods are by credit card through Stripe gateway payment and PayPal. They all are secure and are the most common methods used worldwide.
According to current regulations all UI Sports products have 1 year guarantee since the ticket/invoice is issued. Guarantee does not cover a bad use or damage done by the customer.
Regarding padel rackets, even though the first 6 months the fabrication defect might be considered a manufactured issue, from the 6th month the customer will have to prove that the defect was originated by the manufacturer.
Dear costumer, keep in mind that before sending any item, our team examines, takes pictures and packs it up very carefully to give you the best service.
- The customer sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the fabrication defect and attaching clear pictures of the whole product.
- UI Sports will review all the information and if the fabrication defect is clear we will arrange a courier to pick the item/s up and replace it for a new one. If the fabrication defect is not clear the customer will send the item back to UI Sports and we will send it to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer recognises the fabrication defect UI Sports will replace the damaged item and all shipment expenses will be at our cost.
Whatever the reason is for a reimbursement, UI Sports will refund the customer by using the payment method customer utilised in its purchase.
For safety reasons customer data is not available on Internet because this data is confidential according to the current legislation.
Please, keep in mind that UI Sports needs this data to correctly process customer orders and to issue invoices. Any lack of information in this sense will result in an error on the item delivering and invoice data shown.
In addition, by using UI Sports website the customer allows UI Sports to use this data for advertisement purposes.
All content on StarVie Australia website belongs to UI Sports. UI Sports is not responsible for the misuse of this content. All responsibility will exclusively fall on the person/people who use it.
UI Sports is under Japanese law jurisdiction. Any dispute may arise will be set under this jurisdiction.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Once an order has been placed, UI Sports will ship it via Australia Post.
It is customer decision to choose whether it wants to add insurance on the shipment options it will find on the carts page. UI Sports carefully packs all items however we cannot 100% guarantee items will not suffer any damage during its way. Therefore we strongly recommend hiring insurance on the delivery options.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination. According to Australia Post between 2 to 4 business days within the same state and 3-6 business days if it is an interstate shipping.
(*) Dear customer, keep in mind Australia Post offices are closed on weekends so orders placed on weekends, UI Sports will not able to process them until the Monday after.
In order to ensure customer’s delivery is sure, courier will ask you to sign on the delivery. If no one is on the address that the customer provided in the order placement, courier will keep it at the local Post Office. If there is any wrong address detail or the refuse of the package, this will be likely return to our warehouse. Once it arrives, UI Sports team will examine it and if everything is correct we will refund the money to the customer. Please, keep in mind we will not be able to refund the shipping costs.
UI Sports shall not be nor liable neither responsible for events out of our control such as acts of God, wars, terrorist attacks, strikes, lock-outs or embargos. If such events occur UI Sports will contact the costumer and our obligations will be suspended until it is finished. Customer will be able to cancel the order and UI Sports will refund the money. Please, keep in mind that if the order has generated any shipping cost the customer will be in charge of them all.
Returns will be possible within 7 days since the package arrives to the customer. However if this occurs, the costumer must return them in perfect conditions. This means unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Once the product arrives to UI Sports warehouse, our team will examine it and if everything is correct, UI Sports will reimburse the money. Please, have in mind that UI Sports will not be able to refund shipping costs generated.

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, edit your password and account details and payment methods.

If parcel has not been shipped, UI Sports will cancel it and refund it to the customer. Please, contact our customer service as soon as possible at customerservice[at]starvieaustralia.com, write on the subject “Cancel an order placed” and provide order number.
If parcel has been shipped, UI Sports will not be able to cancel it. Customer will have to wait until the parcel arrives to its home and will have to return the item/s. Please, look up UI Sports returns policy.
Yes, you can. Firstly you will have to enter your billing address. Afterwards you can click on “Ship to a different address” and it will pop up a new form to fill in, in case you want to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address.
You can change the delivery address if your order has not been shipped. Please, contact our customer service as soon as possible at customerservice[at]starvieaustralia.com, write on the subject “Change delivery address on an order placed” and provide order number and the new delivery address.
In your UI Sports My Account you will be able to check how your order status is. Once is completed, it means your order has been sent. Please, contact our customer service team at customerservice[at]starvieaustralia.com to ask for all information regarding your shipping details
We are sorry but we cannot ship to this sort of addresses. To make sure we can deliver a parcel in a safe way, our shipment company partners require a physical address and a signature on an acknowledgement of receipt.
